Transform your pain into your Superpower.
In therapy, we identify how you got stuck. You learn to show up to your daily life with an awareness of how your past and your setting trigger you. Then you develop the courage to move toward your values, even in the presence of hard things.
- Be more aware and engaged in daily life, relationships and work.
- Identify the stuck pain points that occur in your daily life
- Move forward toward your goals.
You can discover the gold within if you are willing to take the step of joining me on a call.
Life Swipe Right
While scrolling through Facebook, there is an urge to stalk your ex. You know you shouldn’t BUT the urge wins. Swipe.
You find yourself in another fantasy about a world where you were more clever, had better relationships, or were simply more focused…
Scrolling instead of working carries another day. And it looks like Netflix and chilling with your friends, Ben and Jerry, again.
There was more planned for your life.
Alone in a Crowd
Jon worked hard. Jon always tried to be nice to everyone. He made good grades and got into a decent school.
Jon started from the bottom because “you have to earn your place.” “If I just do this one more thing, then I’ll make it.” He kept climbing and pushing because that’s what you have to do. But he keeps having this nagging feeling that he’s missing out.
But one more thing turned from days to months to years. On his 30th birthday, he was surrounded by colleagues and acquaintances, but he was alone. He realized he needed to take ownership of his life and figure out how to change.
Jon took that scary step to acknowledge he needed help and called.
Who’s the person in the mirror?
Jane couldn’t believe it happened to her. She was smart and was always the one her friends came to when they had problems.
She just trusted the wrong person. She relived that mistake every single day. She wasn’t sure who the person staring back at her in the mirror. Instead, all she saw was confusion, frustration, and regret.
Her journey was long. She found something to live for instead of something to run from, but it started with a call.
End the battle with regret and self-doubt today.
Hi, I’m Drew
I have my own story of self-doubt, perfectionism, and confusion. I found a lot of cool technologies to take away that pain, and none of them worked. Even my pursuit of higher degrees was an attempt to convince others that I belonged and to make the pain stop. Well, a Ph.D. and Pyschologist license are great, but it doesn’t solve the fundamental problem of human suffering.
Choosing to live for something does.
